Members of the Firm have defended insurers and insureds in a diverse array of personal injury and premises liability claims. We counsel clients regarding evaluation of claims, navigating the discovery process and through final resolution through settlement, trial or alternative dispute resolution. Representative clients include Allstate Insurance Company, Quincy Mutual Fire Insurance Company, Shaw’s Supermarkets, and Vermont Mutual Insurance.

Appellate Practice

We are familiar with Massachusetts appellate practice, including direct and further appellate review, petitions for rehearing, and interlocutory appeals in the single justice sessions of the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court. Our appellate victories include:
